BRIEF: Highway 5 detour routes closed due to flooding in Laclede County

LACLEDE COUNTY – Due to flooding, the Missouri Department of Transportation has closed two primary detour routes for the Route 5 bridge replacement project in Laclede County. Routes M and J are currently closed to traffic. Motorists can access Route 5 from the south by taking the Route 38 exit at Marshfield (exit 100) to Hartville.

MoDOT appreciates the patience of travelers while the flood closures are in place.
